I've never used PEG 4000 so I can't make any suggestions, and I'm not really sure what you mean by dissolving polysorbate 80 in water. Good tips, although I will slightly disagree with #1 and #2 under things you do not need. That’s fine if you’ve been training with the gels or electrolytes that a race is providing. But if not (and sometimes I don’t because I don’t care for the provided course nutrition), then I always wear my fuel belt and carry gels. I’m accustomed to wearing it, so feeling lighter is not an issue. And I’d rather drink or eat something I know works for me, rather than trying something new on race day and risking it not agreeing with me.
I love this article! it’s really hard for me to take the leap and do more with my blog because I feel like I’ll just be part of the noise, instead of the few that actually offers something meaningful. I want to do and lead by example, in my own quiet way (me a leader? It was never my personality type.) I love how socially conscious you are.. I think more people should be that way! I definitely have a weakness with French food. And you can’t compare that with a plate of CKT although they both have their own merits. It’s hard to cook a perfect plate of CKT at home. Although the methodology of french food can be labourious, you can actually perfect the basic dishes if you follow the recipe (providing it’s good one) properly. Hmmm… I’m rambling… because I’m hungry after seeing that gorgeous pommes dauphinoise! The perfectly char steak too, is calling my name!

Could probably think of a dozen reasons why I love Touche Éclat! It’s the god of all make-up! There’s nothing else out there (except maybe surgery) that can hide those bags under the eyes and dreaded fine lines like Touche Éclat does. I get plenty of dark circles under my eyes too as I hardly get any sleep so this has been like a miracle worker for me for years! I always used to save my paper round money up to buy Touche Éclat from being about 14 years old haha, it’s the best!!

With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any problems of plagorism or copyright infringement? My blog has a lot of exclusive content I’ve either written myself or outsourced but it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my agreement. Beautiful Bashini, I pipe them all onto baking paper and then slide them onto a tray when I have room in the oven rather than leaving it in the bowl. I put one tray in and then when looking almost ready i move it to the lower rack in the oven and put a new tray in on the top rack.
